7Dwarfs is the home of SnowWhite, our growing portfolio of event-industry software products. We are also a local Ventuz partner and continue to design and build professional 7D Media Servers.
Some of what we build becomes a product. Some solves a very particular problem. All of it starts from the same place: understanding what needs to work better.
7Dwarfs has always worked where technology and live events meet.
Our roots are in real-time graphics, media servers and specialist technical solutions. Working inside the event industry also exposed us to problems that were not necessarily visual or hardware problems at all. They were problems around information, workflows, resources, commercial control, content and what happens after an event is over.
So we started building software.
Today, much of that development lives under SnowWhite, our growing family of applications created around specific event-industry problems.
We have not stopped doing what came before it. We still work with Ventuz. We still build media servers. And we still develop specialist technology when there is a good enough problem to solve.
SnowWhite
SnowWhite is our growing portfolio of event technology products.
It is not one enormous application trying to do everything. Each SnowWhite product concentrates on a particular part of the event ecosystem and is designed to work independently.
Some products are already being used in production environments. Others are being developed and tested with selected companies before wider release. The portfolio will continue to grow.
From event content to evidence-backed intelligence.
Events generate an enormous amount of information. The difficult part is making sense of it afterwards.
EventTrace transforms event content and dialogue into structured intelligence, connecting conclusions back to the evidence behind them.
It has been developed for organisations that want to understand what happened, what matters and where that understanding came from.
Commercial control for live events.
Event budgets rarely stand still. Costs develop, purchasing decisions happen at different stages, information arrives with different levels of certainty and commercial exposure changes as the project moves towards delivery.
EventLedgers brings budgets, BOQs, cost confidence, purchasing information, cash planning and commercial exposure into a structured environment designed specifically around event projects.
It is not an accounting system or an ERP. It is a commercial control tool for the people responsible for understanding where an event project really stands.

Event businesses do not simply allocate people to projects. There are preparation days, onsite days, travel, different project roles and multiple events competing for resources at the same time.
Resource Manager is being developed to create a clearer operational view of people and resources across event projects.
Bring structure to the programme.
An event agenda quickly becomes more than a list of sessions.
Agenda Manager provides a dedicated environment for developing and managing programmes and the information associated with them, giving teams a structured place to work before that information has to go somewhere else.
A different way to work with event photography.
EventPhoto.AI started with a real requirement. Originally developed for VeloMarket, it uses AI within the event photography workflow and is now available to other organisations with similar requirements.
Sometimes that is exactly how a product begins: build something useful for one situation and discover that the problem exists elsewhere too.
Portfolio principle
We do not believe every event problem belongs inside one giant piece of software. Different problems deserve focused solutions.
SnowWhite gives those solutions a home and gives us somewhere to keep building as we encounter more problems worth solving.

Ventuz
Software development is an increasingly important part of 7Dwarfs, but it has not replaced our real-time roots.
We remain a local Ventuz partner, working with a technology that has been part of our world for many years.
Ventuz provides a powerful environment for real-time graphics and interactive visual experiences across events, presentations and broadcast applications.

7D Media Servers
We still build computers.
Not generic computers with a different label on the front, but professional media server systems configured around the environments in which they need to operate.
7D Media Servers provide the computing platform behind demanding visual, playback and real-time applications. Starting with our established base systems, we adapt configurations to the requirements of the application and working environment.
Because sometimes the right answer is not merely choosing a machine from a catalogue. It is building the right machine for the job.
Specialist development
Not everything we develop needs to become a SnowWhite product.
Over the years we have created software, hardware and combinations of the two to solve particular technical and operational requirements.
Some stay specific to the original application. Others develop into something more.
That willingness to build rather than simply source technology remains part of 7Dwarfs.
So if you have looked for the solution and cannot quite find it, that may be an interesting conversation.
Beyond events
Not everything we build is about events.
BalanceIQ is the outlier in the 7Dwarfs family, a consumer product created to provide a clearer view of personal finances across accounts, cards, assets, liabilities and transactions.
It does not really belong in SnowWhite. And that is fine. Sometimes we see a problem we think is worth solving and build something for it.
Company history
Products change. Technology moves on. Experience stays.
Over the years, 7Dwarfs has developed solutions including EventInsAIght, our Virtual Event Platform and Power Cleaner. Those products are no longer actively offered.
What we learned while developing them, however, did not disappear. That experience is part of the technology and thinking behind what we build today.
And we are not finished building.
